Marek Presenting Menomonee Valley Project at Wisconsin Wetland Association Conference

Mike Marek will be giving a walk on “Wetland Restoration in Milwaukee’s Menomonee Valley: Lessons Learned” at this year’s Wisconsin Wetland Association conference taking place February 23-25 in Green Bay. The presentation features the Menomonee Valley Industrial Center & Stormwater Infiltration Park as a case study for a comprehensive stormwater infiltration system in a large urban park. The system, comprised of constructed wetlands, treats stormwater coming from surrounding industrial properties before it enters the Menomonee River.
